Questions guests ask
What is included?
Your private car and driver-guide for the day, fuel, parking, the entrance tickets of every stop, cold drinking water, photos of your day and a rain plan.
What is not included?
Lunch: you order at the warung and pay there, usually Rp 50.000 to 100.000 per person. Activities with their own ticket, such as ATV or rafting, are marked +Rp per guest. Far drives add Rp 500.000 each. You see every amount before you book.
How many people fit in one car?
Up to 4 guests, children included. Rp 1.500.000 for the car and the first guest, Rp 300.000 for each extra guest.
Do you have child seats?
Tell us in the notes when you book, with the age of the child, and we tell you what we can arrange. A child who takes a seat counts as a guest.
How do I pay, and how do refunds work?
Nothing up front. You pay your driver-guide at pickup, in Rupiah, in cash or by transfer. Cancel free until 24 hours before.
What language does the driver speak?
Every driver-guide speaks English and Indonesian, and many also speak Balinese.
Can we see the sunrise?
Yes. Pick a sunrise place and your driver-guide picks you up between 02:00 and 04:00. That day may run a little longer.
What if it rains?
Every outdoor stop has a dry alternative nearby and your driver-guide switches at no cost. An activity cancelled for weather is refunded. If the forecast is really bad, move the trip to another date for free.
Can we go to places far apart?
Yes. A stop more than 20.0 km from the one before is a far drive: Rp 500.000 more for the car, shown before you book, and the drive takes time from the day.
Should we tip?
Never expected. If you want to, every rupiah of it goes to your driver-guide.
